Welcome to another short dialogue with Dialogue Frog. So this week, Sunday is a special day. Do you know why?

Luke 0:12
It's Daylight Savings Time?

Emma 0:16
It's Daylight Savings Time. Yay. Or maybe not yay. So, with Daylight Savings Time, in the spring, you move the clock forward one hour.

Luke 0:28
Mm hm.

Emma 0:29
So, if it's 9 o'clock, on Saturday, it would be 10 o'clock on Sunday. How do you feel about losing an hour?

Luke 0:41
I don't know. I've always heard that time is money. So I feel like I've lost money.

Emma 0:45
I-that-I guess that's one idea. It-it gets back to farmers, I think, though, like the whole reason why Daylight Savings Time is still in the U.S. is to conserve daylight hours for those who are in the farming community.

Luke 1:03
Uh huh.

Emma 1:05
Do you think that we should end Daylight Savings Time?

Luke 1:10
That's a big question.

Emma 1:11
I know.

Luke 1:12
Um, no. I feel like it's like trying to implement a huge change. I think we'd get messy, even if it doesn't make sense right now. For some people, then. I think because it's been done that way for a while, it's-it would be easiest to keep it at least for the foreseeable future.

Emma 1:42
Interesting. All right, well, everybody has different opinions about Daylight Savings Time. This has been another short dialogue with Dialogue Frog.
