Luke (00:02):
You are listening to short conversations in English with Dialogue Frog. So, I got my office space.

Emma (00:12):
Oh yeah. You talked about that last time. You have an office space.

Luke (00:17):
Mm hm.

Emma (00:17):
You know what you have to do with an office space?

Luke (00:18):
What's that?

Emma (00:18):
Fill it with stuff.

Luke (00:20):
Stuff.

Emma (00:22):
Well, actually, you have to run a business, but other than running a business...

Luke (00:26):
Yeah.

Emma (00:26):
You get all the, the joy of shopping for office equipment.

Luke (00:32):
It's true. You need paperclips and sticky notes and... other stuff.

Emma (00:42):
A computer?

Luke (00:46):
A computer.

Emma (00:46):
Computers are kind of important.

Luke (00:47):
That's true.

Emma (00:48):
Yeah.

Luke (00:50):
Um, yeah, and probably one of the most important pieces of office equipment is the office chair.

Emma (00:59):
Oh yeah. If you go wrong with your office chair, you'll be hurting. Your body will hurt.

Luke (01:06):
Yeah.

Emma (01:06):
You spend a long time in that chair.

Luke (01:08):
That's true.

Emma (01:09):
Yup.

Luke (01:11):
Although now they're coming out with a bunch of like standing desk things.

Emma (01:14):
Oh yeah. I have one of those!

Luke (01:16):
Do you like it?

Emma (01:17):
Oh, I love it. Yeah. I recommend. I recommend the standing desk. They used to be really expensive and maybe some of them still are. You can get automatic ones that raise and lower so you can have, um, I think they have like pneumatic legs where you power them up and you power them down. Um, mine's not like that. Mine just stands on a, on a riser.

Luke (01:45):
Yeah.

Emma (01:45):
Yeah.

Luke (01:45):
I think instead of pneumatic legs, mine has old-matic legs, 'cause they don't move at all.

Emma (01:52):
Yes.

Luke (01:57):
But yeah, it's been fun shopping for office supplies.

Emma (02:02):
It's almost like, uh, interior design in a way, or like, uh, redoing your own room except it's for a business and it has to be professional.

Luke (02:12):
Yeah. That's true.

Emma (02:13):
Yeah.

Luke (02:15):
Well, thanks for joining us today. You've been listening to short conversations in English with Dialogue Frog.
